Food and fashion unite in paradise
This weekend I was honored to be a part of the Fighting Eel fashion show at the Hawai’i Food and Wine Paradise event held at the beautiful Lanikuhonua. Hawai’i based clothing line Fighting Eel is a favorite of celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Eva Longoria. During the 5 course dinner event Fighting Eel held a fashion show featuring their latest collection as well as a preview of their new bridal line. The bridal line is simple and chic… perfect for the beachy bride. The hair was worn with loose curls and accented with an assortment of gold headbands. To compliment the fresh style of the clothes, the make-up was kept to a bronze eye with a heavy black liner and a summer peach lipstick with a plumping gloss. Some key products we used on each girl were: MAC “amber lights” eyeshadow, MAC fluidline gel liner in “blackout”, Lancome Color Design lipstick in “groupie”, and Lancome Juicy Tubes in “simmer”. A perfect summer look!
